Reflections, observations, random thoughts, mental notes!
Very exciting news of a Dr.Hauschka launch this September – Natural Allure.  I definitely should experiment with make-up options.

This has made my funny squirrel mind recall a line from an episode of Miranda
“I can see you have "allure" as I have "allure" also”

My Skin
How comfortable does my skin feel after cleansing?
My skin feels a little blotchy today, nothing serious, perhaps just a warning that chocolate covered raisins are not a food group in their own right!

Activities & Mood:
Facing up to the reality that Gok Wan will never reply to my twitter SOS requests, I have invested in one of his books: “Work Your Wardrobe”.  Whilst I have an eye for individual items, even the most kind hearted of friends wouldn’t classify my wardrobe as a coherent collection.  Well actually, it is not a collection at all.  Thanks to “The Great Wardrobe Clear-out of 2011*” I am left in possession of a few lovely items that I’m frankly too scared to wear-“oh this is far too dressy”.  I have shamefully been hiding in black yoga pants ever since.  I have actually now ordered a gorgeous Liv dress, so that is a good start -  Beachcomber Shift Dress in sky – now in the sale!!

*In the months following dad’s death I had a grief fueled charity donation, which included the majority of my clothes.

Absolutely loved this picture posted by the wonderful Elaine Robinson (what would I do without her gems on Twitter/Facebook?) – the cleansing cream is not full size ; )

Quote for the day:
“Keep on going and the chances are you will stumble on something, perhaps when you are least expecting it. I have never heard of anyone stumbling on something sitting down.” - Charles F. Kettering
